We aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During launches, promotions or seasonal periods, processing times may be longer.

 

UK Delivery

Estimated delivery:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days

Express Delivery: 1–2 working days (where available)

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

Whilst we work with trusted courier partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

NOFYR cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:

• Severe weather

• Customs processing

• Courier delays

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

NOFYR cannot accept responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Lost Parcels

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us.

We'll work with the courier to investigate before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.
